Kimbrough
began her love for fitness competing in gymnastics. She is
a Washington State University Graduate with a Bachelor of
Arts in Humanities and a Minor in Dance. She was President
of Orchesis Dance Honorary performing Ballet, Modern and Jazz
dance.
Kimbrough received her Boot Camp Fitness Trainer Certification
through NESTA, National
Exercise and Sports Trainers Association, in July 2004.
She started her company, Eastside Adventure Boot Camp
and has had over 250 women attend her early morning Boot Camp
program. Through her growing passion for running she found
a great need for a running program on the Eastside. She received
her Running Coach Certification through NESTA, and has been
inspired by her continued training and support with the Arthritis
Foundation beginning in 2001. She ran the Kona marathon in
2002, has completed numerous 5K Events, now runs 3.5 marathons
a year and includes her campers on every 5K run she does each
month.
Kimbrough has completed the S.A.I.L. (Stay Active & Independent
for Life) Exercise Instructor Trainings, through the Northwest
Orthopedic Institute. She is CPR and First Aid Certified.
She is also working on her Nutrition Coach certification through
NESTA and is a NESTA IMPACT Certified Trainer.

Amanda Logan
Amanda
Logan is a Nesta certified Personal Fitness Trainer, certified
Adventure Boot Camp Assistant Instructor, as well as First
Aid and CPR certified. She is excited to bring her knowledge
of fitness to the women who live on the eastside.
Amanda has been an athlete and fitness enthusiast for all
her life. She has competed in Gymnastics, Volleyball, Softball,
and many forms of Dance. Later on she took her passion for
gymnastics and dedicated six years to coaching.
As the busy mother of three young girls, Amanda understands
the struggle many women face with trying to find the proper
balance between diet, exercise, and time. She will offer encouragement
to help you achieve your nutritional and fitness goals. Amanda
teaches at the 5:30am Women Only Camp in Snoqualmie.

Pamela Beck
For
the past 30 years I have developed a fitness career. I have
held certifications in group fitness, personal training, and
yoga for 17 years. I have 3 degrees, one being a BA in Education.
The highlights of my career are; group fitness master trainer,
group fitness director, 2nd degree black belt, Martial Arts
trainer, Martial Arts Competition, PE teacher, and youth fitness
trainer.
Over the past 6 years I have lived in the Issaquah Highlands,
written for the Connections News, and served on the Home Owners
Board of Directors. Currently I am hip hop dancing and getting
ready to perform for an audience 7,000 at the San Diego Convention
Center. I enjoy running and playing tennis with my dog. I
am blessed with 2 children, love learning, laughing, and now
I look forward to working with Adventure Boot Campers. Let's
