Assistant Instructor:
Erin
Erin graduated from Western Washington University with a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Marketing. While there, she also attended dance, kick boxing, and cardio fitness classes. Her love for fitness came from being a competitive athlete in multiple sports but her main passion was for swimming. Over the years she has coached summer, High school and year around swimming. Erin was recently certified in June 2011 as a Personal Fitness trainer through NESTA, National Exercise and Sports Trainers Association. She is very excited to be joining a great program that supports health and fitness for women!
Assistant Instructor:
Kathy
Kathy Visser is a native to Washington and her interest in fitness began at a young age when she excelled in volleyball and softball. However due to life circumstances and years of living a sedentary lifestyle, she gained over 60 pounds. She began doing workout videos on her own and lost some of this weight. Then she lost the motivation to work out on her own. In July 2009, Kathy joined Eastside Adventure Bootcamp as a client. Through the motivation and encouragement of Kimbrough as well as the other ladies in bootcamp, Kathy has renewed her commitment to fitness and maintaining a healthy lifestyle. Having always disliked running, Kathy never thought she’d consider completing any type of runs but in October of 2009 at the age of 41, she completed her first 5K. Since this time, she has participated in several 5K, 10K and 12K events. Having experienced the benefits of bootcamp firsthand, Kathy was inspired to obtain her Personal Trainer Certification through NESTA and is instructor at the downtown Bellevue location.
